REFUND POLICY

If you are already using our website services and products, you hereby agree with our mentioned terms and policies on our website. However, in cases of return, you might have to follow certain terms mention below:

Return of new, unopened items or defective item is permitted up to a period of 30 days from the day of purchase.

All ” – Financial Software and ” – Point of Sale Desktop Software will be permitted to be returned within a period of 60 days from the date of purchase.

– POS powered by Revel products have a policy of 30-Day return with a 60 USD restocking fee for hardware.

Payroll Customer Services does not sale or accept the return of non-” Software, media (labels, ribbons, receipt papers etc), professional services including pre-paid time, product training and computer systems and software, Avery scales, shipping, and any insurance charges.

Also, unless mentioned particularly within the item description, Payroll Customer Services is not liable for any compatibility issue. It is the user responsibility to have a contact the software vendor before purchasing the hardware to determine if hardware is compatible with the software. Moreover, once a hardware item has been opened and used, it will not be returned regardless of any compatibility issues.

In case of a shipment getting damaged in transit, you are requested not to throw away the packaging and contact us at 1-855-948-3646 to file a claim.
